Delivery time/Returns
Delivery takes an average of 4 to 15 business days, with a processing time of 2 to 5 days after payment is confirmed. Please note that additional time may be required during the holiday season. To speed up delivery, products may be delivered in separate packaging. Please rest assured that we will provide you with a tracking number. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us.
We ship worldwide and all orders are trackable with your country's delivery service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc.).
If you do not receive your item after 8 weeks, please enter the correct information on the checkout page and we will reship your item at no additional charge. We cannot be held responsible if your package is not delivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, so please be sure to enter your shipping information correctly. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible if your package is stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the postman.
For international orders: Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees, charges, duties, other government fees, lost packages in your country of residence, natural disasters, holidays, or other issues. Please check your country's regulations for details regarding taxes/duties.
Regarding returns, defective products, and cancellations: Once we receive your returned item and have inspected it, we will contact you to confirm whether or not you will receive a refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and deposit the money. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return authorization, please contact us at mail@tribedsw.com. Return Policy: We have a 30-day return policy. Please return the item within 30 days after receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return invoice and instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without completing the return procedures will not be accepted.

引き渡し時期・返品
お支払い確認後2～5日の処理期間を経て、平均4～15営業日でお届けしております。ホリデーシーズン中はさらにお時間を頂戴いたします。配送を迅速化するため、商品が別梱包でお届けする場合があります。追跡番号をご案内いたしますので、ご安心ください。ご注文についてご質問がございましたら、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
当社は世界中に発送しており、すべてのご注文はお客様の国の配送サービス（USPS、ロイヤルメール、カナダ郵便、オーストラリア郵便、ニュージーランド郵便など）で追跡可能です。
8週間経っても商品が届かない場合は、チェックアウトページで正しい情報をご入力いただければ、追加料金なしで再発送いたします。チェックアウト時に入力された住所の誤りが原因で荷物が配達されなかった場合、当社は責任を負いかねますので、配送情報に間違いがないよう、正しくご記入ください。また、郵便配達員による配達確認後に荷物が盗難された場合も、当社は責任を負いかねます。
海外からのご注文について：通関手数料、料金、関税、その他の政府手数料、お客様のお住まいの国での荷物の紛失、自然災害、祝日、その他の問題については、当社は一切責任を負いませんのでご了承ください。税金／関税に関する詳細は、お住まいの国の規定をご確認ください。
返品・不良品・キャンセルについて：返品を受領し、検査が完了した時点で、返金の可否をご連絡いたします。返金が承認された場合は、10営業日以内に、元のお支払い方法で自動的に返金されます。ただし、銀行またはクレジットカード会社による返金処理と入金には時間がかかる場合がございますのでご了承ください。
返品承認から15営業日以上経過している場合は、mail@tribedsw.comまでご連絡ください。
返品期限：30日間の返品ポリシーを設けております。商品到着後30日以内にご返品ください。
返品をお受けするには、商品が未着用または未使用で、タグ付き、元の包装のまま、お受け取り時と同じ状態である必要があります。また、レシートまたは購入証明書も必要となります。
返品手続きを開始するには、mail@tribedsw.comまでご連絡ください。
返品が承認された場合、返品用送り状と、商品の送付方法および送付先に関する指示書をお送りいたします。返品手続きをせずにご返送いただいた商品は、お受けできません。
